For nakedoll Sex Dolls:

• All sex dolls are equipped with ONE-YEAR service warranty and LIFETIME limited warranty.
  • If your dolls has any quality issues within one year start from the day you place oeders, you can send it back and we will repair the doll for free. nakedoll will cover part repair/replacement costs, you just need topay fot the shipoing cost.
  • After one year warranty, nakedoll still take the responsibility of repairing your dolls for free. You are only responsible for the parts repair/replacement cost and shipping, if any.

All AI dolls are eligible with FREE LIFETIME software upgrades.

For Nakedoll Accessories:

Due to the nature of adult products, the accessories sale ends at the point of package delivered.

Note: The warranty will be void if it’s an invalid claim.

 

Invalid Claims

nakedoll warranty only valid for those caused by damage sustained despite normal and safe use, and does not cover:

• Any malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.
• Damage resulting from general neglect, or unsafe use or misuse, whether cognizant or accidental.
• Damage resulting from natural causes includes but is not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disasters.
• Theft or loss of the products.
• Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use, or damage caused due to the negligence of instructions issued by nakedoll.
• Claims for non-defective products.
